Sideways is a game I made for a group project in Construct 3, with a small team comprised of Trevor Simonson, (programming and story) Bradly Gonzales (art design) and myself (level design and music). It was a short puzzle platformer revolving around a simple mechanic: being able to transition between 2 versions of the same level, one of which was rotated 90 degrees to the right. I drew a lot of inspiration from the simple, gravity-defying puzzles of games like VVVVVV and SHIFT.
